Black Spanish Radishes are a unique variety of radish with distinctive black skin! They are a fairly spicy radish - but mellow out significantly when roasted. Peel the black skin off and enjoy the white vegetable inside!

Full Circle Community Farm is another farm in Seymour that grows vegetables using organic practices, one that we buy products from for our family that we don't grow ourselves. We're excited to partner with them this week to provide something unique for your box!
