These are the greens we have smaller quantities of. Please select one and leave a note in your order if you'd like another one as well, should we have enough quantity!

Beet greens are a close relative of chard (chard is just a descendent of beet that has been chosen for leaf production). 

Broccoli leaves can be used cooked or fresh and act similarly to kale.
